When is the Dubuque Winter Farmers’ Market?
Our market is open every Saturday morning from November through April. Please note that we open a bit later than the Summer Market. Visit us from 9am – noon.

We’re located at Kennedy Mall (on the northwest corner of the main concourse, next to Hibbett’s Sports).

How do I become a vendor at the Market?
You can download a vendor application here. Please contact our Market Manager, Danielle Stowell, at market first to ask whether we still have tables available for the upcoming week.
Why should I attend the Winter Farmer’s Market?
Farmers’ Markets have a social aspect you don’t get at the grocery store. Enjoy coffee and pastries with neighbors, get to know your farmers face-to-face, support our local economy, and buy food hasn’t traveled as far…all in one place!
Who runs the market?
A dedicated group of volunteers runs the Dubuque Winter Farmers’ Market. Our fiscal agent is the Four Mounds Foundation.
How is it funded?
Dubuque Winter Farmers’ Market is funded solely on vendor table fees. Thank you to our sponsors, The City of Dubuque, Sustainable Dubuque, and Kennedy Mall. Four Mounds Foundation provides program and administrative support. Premier Bank donates our printing costs and Premier joins Theisens Home Farm Auto supporting our Vendor Grant Program.
